Delivery time

• Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receipt. During busy periods (e.g. Christmas), please allow more time.
  
• Once dispatched, regular delivery to UK mainland can take from one to three days.
• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processes until Monday.  
  
• Delivery times to non-UK mainland locations varies.

How are posters packaged and what kind of container is used?

The quality of your shipment is our priority and the materials we use to package our products reflect our commitment. Rest assured, if your order contains a combination of items, they will ship separately in the appropriate packaging, and you will not be charged additional shipping.

Posters and Art Prints:
Rolled with protective wrapping paper and packaged in a cardboard tube.

Glossy Photos and Photo Cards:
Packaged and protected in a flat 9 in x 12 in standard cardboard envelope.

Decorative Mirrors, Canvas Transfers, and Mounted Items:
Covered with protective wrap and packaged in a durable cardboard box.

Framed Items:
Framed items are securely packaged in a sturdy box or other suitable packaging.

Gift Packaging:
Sorry, at this time we do not offer gift wrapping. But, if you are shipping a gift, you have the opportunity to send a Gift Message – this may be done on the Shipping Information page once you begin placing your order.

Recycling:
We care about our enviroment and where possible we will re-use as much packaging material as possible to reduce our carbon footprint.

Ordering products that are out of stock

If you try to order a product that is out of stock, or if you order more than we currently have in stock, you will receive a warning. If you proceed with the order, the products which are in stock will be dispatched as normal. The extra products which are not presently in stock will be dispatched as and when they come into stock, with no additional shipping charge. Exceptions to this rule include relatively cheap yet large products, which cost extra for us to ship. In such a case, we will contact you to arrange payment to cover the extra shipping costs.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 Days of receipt and receive a free replacement or full refund (less Shipping). Return Instructions:
Prior to returning any item(s) to Canvas Art Prints Ltd., you must receive authorization from our Customer Service Department. To request authorization please send e-mail to: support@canvas-art-print.com with the following details:

1. Order #, First & Last Name
2. Item #(s) you want to return
3. Specify reason for return: damaged, received incorrect item or size, received duplicate item, quality of item not as expected, etc.
4. Specify what action you would like us to take for you: Replacement or Refund?
5. Wait for our Customer Service team to e-mail you with your Return Authorization & Instructions.

Once we have received your returned item(s), we will notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return. To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box and include the completed Return Instructions form which you will find on the back of the Packing List included with your order. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: Replacement or Refund. Please ensure that the original packing slip is returned with the item(s), so we can process your return in a timely manner. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund. If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be issued as a new gift certificate reflecting a new total so you may use that balance on a future purchase. Please note, the original expiration date will still apply. Should you return an order that was placed using a promotional coupon, you will not be refunded for the amount of the coupon, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.
